Because every NYOMI formula is intimate, personal, and made to be worn close, all sales are exchange only. We don't accept returns for refund once a product has shipped.
THE POLICY
- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, that's on us. We'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund.
- Exchange shipping is covered by the customer unless the issue is our fault.
HOW TO START
Fill out our contact form within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a short note, and a photo if the item arrived damaged. We respond within 1-2 business days.
WHY EXCHANGE ONLY
