PROCESSING + DELIVERY
- Orders ship within 3-5 business days of purchase.
- You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it's on the move.
- Orders are delivered within 5-7 business days.
- We ship Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
PACKAGING
All orders ship in unmarked, discreet packaging, no logos, no callouts. What's inside stays between you and the ritual.
LOST OR DAMAGED
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email hello@lovenyomi.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right.
